This year’s theme, “We the People: Creating a Community of Change,” symbolizes the empowerment of people and grassroots movements that ultimately create change. As a vital component of the Asian Pacific American community, AASU works to build coalitions within its pan-ethnic community and the campus at large. This year’s theme, along with the month’s events, aim to educate the campus community about the history and issues of Asian Pacific Americans to inspire the formation of a stronger and more unified community.

On November 7th and November 8th over 60 Asian Pacific American students from campus gathered together at the Stamp Student Union to forge relationships, understand APA issues, become empowered and become future leaders on the the APA Community!

Hi Everyone!

I hope summer break is great so far! I’m so sorry for the short notice on this, but below you will find information on our annual Summer Retreat for the Asian Pacific American (APA) community on campus. This is a great way to meet other people on campus & start your school year with some fun memories!!

We will leave from Lot 1 at 9am on Aug 15th and return around 3pm on Aug 16. Full details below. We really hope you can come, it’ll be a lot of fun!!
